The Challenge
Pharmacy inventory management is often chaotic and error-prone, leading to stockouts and operational inefficiencies. Existing solutions are typically dated, cluttered, and cognitively heavy, increasing the burden on pharmacists during long shifts.
The Solution
PharmaFlow was born from deep domain knowledge combined with modern design principles. The goal was to create a digital system that doesn't just function, but feels better to use. I designed a minimalist dashboard that prioritizes clarity. I implemented a clear visual hierarchy, predictive analytics for stock forecasting, and a high-contrast dark-mode interface to reduce visual fatigue. The focus was on creating an empathetic and efficient user experience for a highly technical sector.
